About me

Chuan Lei is a Member of Technical Staff (Science) at NTT DATA AIVista, responsible for building production-grade AI agents for regulated industries, including insurance, banking, and manufacturing. He takes general-purpose AI models and turn them into specialized agents that understand business processes, follow domain-specific rules, connect to enterprise systems of record, and operate within the controls and policies that govern the work.

Chuan Lei received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He worked in the database research group with Prof. Elke A. Rundensteiner.
